Outgoing Call has been blocked

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Dear Sir,

I paid my latest bill on 13th July, 2012 and today all of sudden by outgoing call facility is blocked by saying that I have not paid the latest bill. Today morning I have registered my complaint regarding this but and they said within short time they solve this problem but still they have not solved it.

Please do the needfull.
