My Name is Subrat from Khurda. My father is using reliance sim(9861827938) from last 3 years.
This complaint is regarding my Father’s mobile number from which the amount is getting deducted time and again.

The operator have been deducting Rs 5/7/15/30 regularly. The last deduction was Rs 15 on July 19th 2012(today) and Rs30 on July 9, 2012 . After repeated request to putting number in DND, still he is getting Out bound calls. I must have written 50 mails by now but there is no result. Also I have written several mails to TRAI , but the result is same. Time and again I got reply from operator, saying he was activated for some VAS services. How can somebody got activated to VAS services for which he has never opted for.
Whenever he does a recharge, the amount gets deducted. He does a recharge to use it as talk time, but this company deducts it immediately.
By now in total this operator must have deducted more than Rs 10000. Most importantly they are just playing an old man’s sentiment. This company is fraud.
