I am unable to get 3G Speed on my NetSetter even after paying bills regularly. My bill cycle is 7th to 7th of every month and Data plan is 950 Unlimited. After usage of 6 GB data as per FUP, my speed is changed to 2G, however the same is not reset to 3G on start of next bill cycle. I am facing this issue since the last 3 months. This is very annoying. I have made several Calls to Idea Customer Care,Tech Support and also visited IDEA store at New Panvel. Nobody has been able to help me. I m feeling very frustrated and wish to get this issue resolved .within 24 hours. My IDEA NetSetter number is 8652252041
