I personally complaint in airtel customer care regarding my balance feedback problem that when i disconnect call, no balance pop up comes. evrytime i make a call, i used to type *123# to check balance. thats Irritating. I personally called AIRTEL Customer Care 5 times, everytime they give 1 complain num n told me my problem will be resolved in 24 HRs. Next day one CC calls me n told me to restart my phone n my problem has been resolved. This same thing happened 5 times but still my problem not solved by AIRTEL.
