i havent got my marksheet yet

Name of company/service: cbse bhubaneswar

i have just passed my 12th and all my friends got their marksheet . when i called my institution they said that it will be sent to me directly by cbse bbsr and aal my friends received it but when i called them after a lot of rings they picked and gave me anoyher number since 7 days none is picking it and if by mistake some one picks then they keep it like that
if they dont want to pick phone then why are they having phone services, and they dont even have online services . admission and councelling started but i am still with out my mark sheet my roll number is 6605199

    As per cbse rule gaps should be given in between exams of 10th SA-1.But our school st.xavier international school patia bhubaneswar. is not providing it teachers & students have already requested for the gaps in between exams but the chairman rejected our proposal as this is illegal i request cbse inspector to inspect our school examination schedule for SA-1 class-10 specially.
    Our school timing is also full day during examinations no half day… students are frustrated and teachers are irritated.. Our exams starts on 24 and ends on 29 so i request cbse committee to take action before 24.
