regardind return of security amount

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring it to your notice that I was the regular user of BSNL landline telephone NO-(05446)254735 and my adress was H-H-496, Hindalco Colony , renukoot, Dist- Sonebhadra U.P-231217.
But when I got retired from my Job, I applied for surrender of Telephone and closure of services.I submitted all my documents regarding this.But I am yet to be paid any security amont that I have deposited earlier.kindly do the needful for getting back my security amount.
