I have order for a new aitel digital tv connection with a HD setup box and during installtion they brought a normal setup box and they had to take it back, the tech name was Immam – 9551626326 and said he would get it on the same day and around 8 pm he referred me to Parthiban – 8754412970, He said nothing has been informed and he requested me that he would get the setup box the next day. And the next day morning around 10:30 am the technician named Kutti – 9840123482 brought just the HD setup box without the remote and the power adapter and he said nothing was informed to him and he said he would get it within the next 30 mins and i had to make several calls to follow up and its been 9 pm no one has shown up ans the tech stopped attending my call and now its switched off. I called Parthiban and i got the same response that the removed will be shiiped tomorrow. It’s been two days i havent got the connection yet. Been a airtel customer i have had a terrible experience
