HI…I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG AIR CONDITIONER ON 11TH MARCH 2011…AS PER COMPANY RULE THEY PROVIDE TO US THREE FREE SERVICING…BUT IN ONE YEAR COMPANY PROVIDE US 2 FREE SERVICING..BUT COMPANY NOT PROVIDE LAST SERVICING…AFTER THAN ONE YEAR LATER WHEN I CALLED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTERE THEN I DEMAND ONE FREE SERVICE…BUT THE COMANY SERVICE CENTRE SAY THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE LAST ONE FREE SERVICE BECAUSE THE SHEDULE TIME HAS BEEN PASSED..THEN I SAY TO SO WHY UR COMPANY DID NOT CALLME TO PROVIDE THE FREE SERVICE IN ONE YEAR PERIOD…THE COMANY SERVICE SAY THAT ITS UR DEMAND …WHAT IS THE RESON I DO NOT UNDERSTAND…BECAUSE IN ONE YEAR PERIOD COMPANY HAS BEEN OWN SOME RESPONCEBULITY..BUT COMPANY DID NOT SAY THE ACTUAL ANSWER….SO NOW WHAT CAN I DO??
