Dear Sir,
I purchased a Total RO water purifier system from Mr. T. Jayakumar ( Cell: 94441-78164), Head Customer Response Center, Eureka Forbes, New No. 8/88, Ground Floor, Valluvar Street, Pallavaram, Chennai-600043, on July 23rd, 09, & paid Rs. 13500/= (+ my two year old Aquaguard ) from my City Bank Credit Card on same day. Next day I received a pack from Eureka Forbes & got installation on 26th, 09. Right from the first day machine was not working properly. I immediately contacted Mr. Jayakumar & next day one person came from Eureka Forbes & tried to solve the problem & informed that filters of this new machine are not working. I tried to contact Mr. Jayakumar on his cell but his cell was switched off. From that day till today, I am waiting to get his cell working. I made phone calls to several Eureka Forbes nos. (39883333, +91-80-22631000, 044-26584681 / 26584682 / 26584683, 044-26193534 / 26193635 / 26195750 / 26195751, 044-55517566 / 55517567 / 55517568 / 55517569, 044-22301152 / 22301153 / 22301154, 044-55719440 / 55719441 / 55719442, 044-55712565 / 55712566 / 55712567, 22265355, and Ms. Anu –Kotian – 022-30268200.) & send several mails ( mail ids: [email protected], eurekaborbes.com/contact-us, [email protected], ) but I have not received any response from Eureka Forbes. My machine is not working & I am not getting any response from Eureka Forbes. I request you to please take this matter seriously & do the needful.
