fraud selling and fraud services

Dear Concern,
I want to let you know that i had a policy from Max NewYork Life Insurance at the time of selling their policy their representative has told me to pay the amount for 3 years only and also i didn’t receive bond of the same but when after 3 years i came to know about this issue that i had to pay this amount for 20 years then i realize this is a false selling done to me but when i had arise this issue to max they also didn’t bothered or entertain me on this but after writing lot of mails to them they agree to send their executive to me to know more about the features of the policy and to resolve the issue but no body has turned up to me and after few days i get a mail from them which is attached below. Key highlight of the mail was they had mentioned that our Executive has visited to your home and meet your wife and also clarify all the terms and clause to her and now the case is resolved see this is a clear cut example shown by them on written i m still single and no body is there at home except my mother who is ageing more then 55 and also i had clarify at my home that no one has came then to whom they had meet the company is selling false policy to customers and after letting them know about this they are not doing anything even they are again doing false statement and unfaithful services and when i had written about this to them that i m single and just clarify this who has came to me i never receive any mail from them this attitude shows the character of the company, i had also tried lot of times to connect with them through their call center but few times they had cut the phone in between and few times they had committed to send executive again but no one has came every body is doing their formalities and every time new person is their to entertain you on call.
On regular basis i m getting a mail to retain my policy else my amount will lapse now i m not interested to pay my money to such a fake company so please help me and get this issue resolve as they had did lot of faith commitments now i need my money back they had shown great example of cheating on written and told that i m married what they will do afterwards if any causality will held pathetic behavior shown by Max now i need my money back.Please help.I m very much helpless now and after getting no response from company i m writing this to several regulatory s and hoping that now i will get fair justice to my problem.
