Uninor’s poor service in MNP and making customers suffer

Name of company/service: Uninor /Prepaid Mobile

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Mobile number Potability (MNP) from Airtel with no (09963712464) to Uninor on 12/6/2012. They have accepted my request and sent an approaval SMS on 18/6/2012 to use Uninor SIM from 19/6/2012. The service worked for one week after one week they stopped both outgoig/incoming service from 25/6/2012. When I contacted the Uninor Outlet office at Neredmet, Hyderabad, he simply asked me to submit my documents again, as they haven’t received the documents from the retailer. When they have not received my documents, how can they accept my request for porting from Airtel to Uninor, they should have waited till they receive my documets. At least I would have enjoyed the services from Airtel till they receive my documents from retailer. The Uninor Outlet office executive, at Neredmet Hyderabad gave a free suggestion not to apply for porting from retailers. I have resubmitted my documets again at Unior, Outlet Office, Neredmet, Hyderabad on 28/6/2012,and the executive said that within one hour my mobile service will be restored. After 3 days nothig happened, when I tried to contact him he will no take the call.
When I tried to Contact Uninor customer care centres, 121, 198, 9059090590 they simply make us to listen to their pre-recoreded junk. Once I got hold of customer care executive, she simply says go and contactt the Uninor, Outlet where I have submitted my documents.
Such is the poor service given by Uninor Service Provider.

Govt should take stringent action against these type of service providers.
