Hi,
Have bought Nokia-C7-00 mobile phone in Mar 2011 & from the beginning had issues with network selection. The device do not detect network while roaming & moving in vehicles. Have submitted the device to Nokia care centre twice & have spoken to tech help line centres to many times. No resolution was offered. They have assured that after software update(symbian belle), this would be fixed. The software update was done in March 2012 and the problem still persist. The device was submitted for repair at Nokia care centre, intially they said as they device is out of warranty, they would charge for the reapirs (about 2200) which I accepted. Then came the update the phone is irrepairable. After this taken this with Nokia over phone & mails. The response is that phone is not repairable. Please help as the phone is just one year old & have gone through harrowing time using this phone due to defective phone supplied.
Please help me to get the phone replaced.
