I brought Reliance Data card on 15th June 2012, for Rs.2498 and submitted the required address proof on spot and it was activated on the same day.
But from last week I.e (24th june-2012) data card was unable to connect with the internet. I thought some network problem. But later on 28th june I called customer care in this regard , they told that our data card connection has been deactivated due to some problem in address verification and also he suggested me to give the copies of address proof one more time to activate it again.
We are not aware of above issue till we called to customer care. As told by customer care executive such issue must b e communicated to us from service provider side, but we have not received single message/mail or call about the above issue
So I would like to complaint against that service provider, for not communicating the problem with the customer. Because of this I could not use the data card for a period of 1 week and its affected my work and also I faced some serious consequences.
