False Information

I was contacted by Vodafone on for post paid connection through my company I asked for the information on blackberry service information.I was said that the rental charges for unlimited BIS service is Rs499/- basing on which I opted vodafone from airtel although I was very happy with airtel service because airtel provides blackberry services at Rs599/-.The vodafone sales manager Sai Srinivas Phani(Vodafone) had promised me the deal of 499/- after which I opted for vodafone but after 2 days when I wanted to activate my BIS service he said that there was no such plan and there was a plan for Rs599/- for blackberry service which is the same as airtel.All this information can be verified through mails.
