I had ordered a Sony Viao lap top from E zone online for Rs 33000 (order no 5001268536). After 30 days of charging my credit card, they now are claiming they cannot deliver the same due to non availibility of the product. They are offering me a product of another brand which I do not want & a compensation of 5% dispucnt voucher which can be used at their stores only.
The latest prices for Sony Viao lap tops are now Rs 38,000 +. I demand a compensation of Rs 6000 (Difference between new lap top price) from E Zone
