Fraud by HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES

i purchased washing machine on 31st oct 2021 . the sales executives from HDB said m EMI starts from 2nd dec 2021 .but HDB started calling and threatening to pay EMI amount on 2nd nov 2021 . they damaged my CIBIL score also whichh i am maintaining good CIBIL score above 760 . i paid all payment in time . i asked the person who called me from HDB Chennai if u r right from ur side of saying 2nd November 2021 is first emi y u not deducted amount they given rashly reply for that Saying technical issue. they onoy saying after purhcase of product there will be one month time for emi to pay but asking then where is one minth completed from 31st ct 2021 to 2nd nov 2021 . if given 2016 application date and emi dates are 2021 . due to their false data and rash calls and harrashing me ental very disturbed .iam requesting this greivence take the necessary action on thes executives ,Mr prasanth,santosh and jammel fro chennai HDB services and HDB management. the not replied even my mails for 8 mails i got one reply with improper reply .still they no resloved my issue not stopped the calling to me
