I Purchased a Drug from SUN MEDICAL, GANDHIDHAM -370201 on 26th Nov 2021 on a Doctors prescription. I was Not given the Invoice for that drug, due to lot of rush on the shop . On my follow up visit with the consulting doctor the Doctor advised not to continue the drug anymore.
I went back to return the Medicine to SUN MEDICAL and refund me the amount for the remaining pills. I was shocked to see the lack of integrity & arrogance towards customer by the owner themselves completely denying that they have not sold the medicine to me & they can’t accept it back. I insisted on checking the CCTV footage to confirm that the drug was given to me on full payment.
I request you to sanction such Pharmacist who are looting & harassing people in the name of selling medicines.
