Activation of services without intimation/request

Dear Sir/mam,
I am reliance customer from last 15 months i am using Reliance GSM network (Mobile no. 7666878702)but from last 4 to five month they are activating unwanted services without my request and i have lost a lot of my valuable money.
I have contacted many times reliance customer care and requested them to deactivate all the unwanted services from my no. but every time they are activating new services to my no. and deducting my balance.
