Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I was using TATA DOCOMO no 8097007687. I have Closed service of my No by Application At Dadar Store on 2nd May 2012 17:41 , Relationship no 981654537 payment Receipt no 42626349 Amount Rs 1227.00
Then I have recived ane other bill I have payed that also that on 1st june 2012 16:59 Amount Rs 96.00 Receipt No 43541060
I have re request on same time to closed service but I have getting bill .
