Hi,

I am getting calls from Idea Punjab, by a gal named Deepika from numbers, 9914070376 and9731614812.

She is talking very rudely n giving warning that she would send goons to my place.

She is asking me to tell one person Sachin who did not pay their bills, to pay bills.

However, by no means, I do not know any person by this name.

I am getting very disturbed by her calls…even when there is not at all a fault from my side.

She is kind of harassing me

I am a Airtel customer, jfyi.

Can you please register a complaint n request Idea authorities to contact me?

My mob no of bsnl 9427455491 I had switch it to idea company. After switch my no 9427455491 is worked properly for 5 months continuously but after this I got message for document verification and my no 9427455491 service is stoped due to this.

After all this i submitted my photocopy of 3 documents and my no 9427455491 is worked properly after 5 days of this.

But after 2 or 3 days my no 9427455491 service is stoped again.
And again I goes to idea office gandhinagar , my no 9427455491 is working after 1 hour.

I again say that my no 9427455491 is again stoped again.
And as usual I goes to idea office gandhinagar and this time they said your documents are not proper.

In this case I had lost my lots of money and time.

hi,
myself dr. deepa gupta is getting calls from a girl (shefali) from 26.8.2013 calling from 09914070376.
she calls herself an IDEA CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE, and she is using abusive language for me and my husband.
she says to pay Rs2250/- for someone named gaurav.
i am a prepaid customer of airtel.
she also says that she will send four people to my clinic and will take the money at any cost.
i have registered a POLICE COMPLAINT against her, at district shamli, u.p.
kindly take immediate action against her, and inform me on the above e-mail addresse as well as the police.
