A consignment was booked to me from The Professional Couriers Nagercoil branch with consignment number NGL1041775 on 96.02.18. While tracking the status its showing as despatched to belgaum on 07.02.18. After that no updates. Three times I have visited Belgaum main branch office at gandhi nagar and no proper response from the employees and moreover they started abusing me. I have tried contacting customer care, but from there also same kind of response. If the consignment is lost, who will be held responsible. This kind of arrogant attitude from a front office person cannot be tolerated.
