There is no 4G in Pune and they are providing us 4G net at speed of 2G

Hi Team,

I am an IDEA postpaid user and 3-4 days before they messaged me as you upgrade your sim card to 4G and i will get 2GB internret of 4G.
I have already 3G going on so i was good after 3G pack finished I transfered to 4G data and my mobile showing me LTE network.
I got speed of 0.01MBPS on 4G.
I called customer care and they are saying there is no 4G network in Pune.
Of they don’t have 4G network in Pune how they are providing 4G data plan to customer?
And we have to use this in first 15 days after upgrading to 4G sim.
How can we use this internet if there is no network?
How they are providing this scheme to customer? On what basis?
They are misleading customers by fraud scheme.
What next action have to take?
