Order No. 402-9866832-1086739 (Wrong order received, Order Picked for exchange, but neither received the right product nor received the refund)

Dear Team,

This is with regards to ORDER # 402-9866832-1086739:
7th of October: Order was placed
10th of October: Order was received
10th of October: Complaint was made over Amazon’s customer care no., that the order received was wrong, and therefore i need it to be exchanged. Over the phone, it was confirmed by Amazon representative, that the wrong order would be picked, and the right item would be re-delivered.
12th October: I re-called on Amazon’s customer care no., and mentioned that I needed the right product. I was confirmed, that the problem will be resolved.
17th of October: The courier agent came, and asked for picking up 6 products. including his particular product in question. I was given a combine receipt for pick-up of this product (along with 5 other product).
20th of October: I called, and checked why the status of this product is not updated. They mentioned that this particular product was not picked.
20th, 21st and 23rd: I have written Amazon E-mails, asking them about the status, and attached the copy of the pick-up receipt. And an update about the product. I have neither received the product back nor the refund.
Give me the details of the person, who picked my product???
Myy product has been stolen, and my money is also not refunded?

Please help me!!!!

3.When there were 6 items were picked, why i have refund for only 5

THERE WERE 6 PRODUCTS THAT WERE PICKED AND I HAVE RECEIVED REFUND FOR 5 PRODUCTS.

I HAVE BEEN WRITING AND CALLING SINCE 10TH OF OCTOBER, THEN 12TH OF OCTOBER, 17TH OF OCTOBER, 20TH OF OCTOBER TELLING THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.

I WAS SENT A WRONG PRODUCT. ON 10TH OF OCTOBER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE WRONG PRODUCT WILL BE PICKED AND THE RIGHT PRODUCT WILL BE SENT TO ME!!!!!!!

I HAVE WRITTEN E-MAILS AND I HAVE HAD CHATS EXPLAINING THE ISSUE AGAIN AND AGAIN. AND ONE ONE IS EVEN READING

SOMEONE EITHER IN AMAZON OR THE COURIER PARTNERS HAS TAKEN MY RETURN, AND HAVE CONVENIENTLY NOT UPDATED IT. THIS IS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. KEEPING SOMEONES MONEY LIKE THIS AND PRODUCT LIKE THIS THEFT.

I ALSO HAD A CHAT WITH Haripriya R.V. WHERE I HAD WRITTEN ABOUT THE ISSUE AND THE CHAT WAS DISCONNECTED AND THE PERSON SAID I CANT HELP YOU.

IF YOU HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY, AND TAKEN THE PRODUCT!!!! AMAZON IS RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!

THE PRODUCT WAS PICKED, BUT I HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED THE REFUND NOR I HAVE RECEIVED THE RIGHT PRODUCT.

THIS IS THE DIWALI MONTH, AND NO-ONE SEEMS TO CARE.

MY MONEY IS STUCK, AND AND THIS I THINK MY N’TH MAIL.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE INTERVENE!!!!!!!! AND HELP IN RESOLVING THIS!!!!
