Flipkart cancelling order and blaming customers as reseller

I ordered moto e3 Power on 3rd Oct. My order id is OD507235945266984000. On 4th Oct my order got cancelled without any information. I talked to Flipkart customer care about this, first they were saying that due to out of stock your product got cancelled but at that time also this phone was available on your website. Then they started mentioning that due to some market price change error this got cancelled. Then after they started mentioning like due to some technical error it got cancelled. Then I received an email from flipkart which states as:
Hi,
Order: OD507235945266984000
Item: Moto E3 Power (Black, 16 GB)
We’d like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you’ve purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing. Please reply to this email and we’ll get back to you with an update.

Now from last 10 days I am doing follow up with Flipkart team via email as well on phone but I am not getting any proper response. Now they started mentioning like that in last 1 year, I exceeded the limit of purchasing mobile from Flipkart. Flipkart nowhere mention product purchase limit in a period of year or like that. Also they don’t have the details of this.

Please help me in getting the proper resolution for this.
