I went to Idea Store situated at Circular Road Kapurthala, Punjab to convert my postpaid number 8196853334 to Prepaid One. The female executive told me to wait for sometime as she was attending other customer. After waiting for nearly 20-25 Minutes, I ask her to process my request. She said wait, This time she was not having any customer. she then started chatting on her iPhone. I ask her to attend the customer, as she was very much busy in doing personal chatting on the phone. She then rudely behaved and told me “If you wanna your work to be done, Then you have to wait”. After 5-10 minutes she ask me deposit Rs 250 for transfer to prepaid. As I am not willing to pay money, I ask her to disconnect my number, To my surprise she said its better to PORT OUT toAirtel,because IDEA is charging money. OMG, working for Idea and promoting Airtel. Then started arguing with me over this issue. I told her that I will complaint in consumer forum and will go to Higher Authorities for this rude behaviour. She said “Go ahead I am not afraid of anyone, I am working here since five years, No one can harm me”
Besides this I want to mention the problem on customer she was attending before me. That customesr has same issue as I have. As he did not want to pay Rs 250. He opt for disconnection. And she processed his request. But within 2-3 minutes that customer told her that dont disconnect , as he was ready to pat transfer fee. To his surprise she said “Its over now, You must think twice before you speak, your number is disconnected now ” That guy requested her many times but she refused to cancel the disconnection. I was shocked, why she was doing this.
Why she had so much rude behaviour, Why she is not attending customers properly. And getting salary for nothing (chatting).
This incidence was happened on 3-10-2016 at about 11 AM. There was other male executive too. His name was Prince. But the female executive refused to tell her name.
