Sir I had applied for a new airtel broadband connection.They had been send me a link and i had paid through that on Saturday on 01/10/2016.According to the criteria they should give the connection within 24 hour but it is going to be around 72 hours but there is no connection till now, and also not any phone calls from their sides.I am also trying to contact them but they are ignoring my phone calls the person name is shiva who had come and take my documents. Perhaps
He is just playing with me,first when i called him he said sir i will give you connection till tomorrow i mean till Sunday noon and after that i had called him around twenty times and always he said the same answer but till now i did not get my connection so i want to complain against airtel and also against shiva
