Snapdeal Fraud about their Refund policy

I have purchased one bombay dyeing bedsheet from snapdeal.I have recieved it on 27th Sept,2016.But unfortunately the quality of the product was not good.So, I decided to return it and claim for refund on 28th Sept.2016.They told me that they will pick it up within 30th Sept.2016.But till now (3rd oct,2016)noone come to pick it up or they never contact me for picking it.
I have called snapdeal several times but no result.
Now, I am feeling that I have been cheated by the company SNAPDEAL.
Kindly help me.
