non delivery of product despite payment being done

I have yet not received my products that I ordered from jabong on 13th of July 2016, that to with prior payment. It was supposed to be delivered by 22nd of July 2016 and it’s already 27th and I have yet not received the product. There is no response from the jabong customer care or emails sent to them and the chief manager If this continues, one will have to take serious action against them and file a complaint in the consumer court.
