harassing terribly

This complaint is against Tarakarama Chit Fund, Hyderabad. Way back in July 2005 my grandfather invested in chitfund at Tarakarama Chit Fund and “in the surity place he has given false signature of my father”. Then in Oct 2005 my grandfather got a paralysis attack at their office during an argument with the company officials and my grandfather passed away after 5 months in march 2006. Now suddenly one day the company officials came to my father for the money my grandfather has taken against the chits. As my father was totally clueless that my grandfather has given his fake signature as a gauranteer he along with my uncle visited the tarakarama office the next day. When my father questioned the official as the who among the two was the gauranteer the company people confessed that they has not taken sign from any one of them and that my grandfather has signed the page. Now suddenly after 10 years these people are again harrasing my father and saying that ” THEY WILL BE COMING ON 1ST AUGUST 2016(NEXXT MONDAY) AND WILL ATTACH ALL MY FATHERS THING” . My father is a heart patient and has undergone a surgery 2 years back. He is totally disturbed with this and its causing harm to his helath.Can you please help me with this.

P.S: My fathers signature and the signature on the chitfund paper are totally different.
