Sir,
I am from India and want to file a complain against www .weblineindia .com (SPAM!!) – Fraud Company(www .weblineindia .com). they didn’t give me source code of my project and take all money.
Please suggest me the prime law/regulations I can charge this company with. I am willing to pay reasonable amount to person who can help me to back my money from this weblineindia fraud company.
