no responsive service

I have raised a complaint that my broadband is not working properly and asked them to treat as high priority. Even then it is not even treated as a normal ticket it took more than a week to resolve my issue in november 2015. I was really frustrated with the service and also contacted the zonal manager after some 20 -30 calls to the service center. They promised me that this will never happen again.

In the start of this month May1 i have got the similar issue and raised a ticket my assured resolution time was may2 8PM. But not even a technician visited my home, when i continuously called their service(on may5th) they were very negligent and said they would extend the service for the-is that a joke..who cares whether they extend the service..i was doing my work and i need the internet for every bit of it. I could have lost my job just for relying on the airtel broadband network with very so called diligent service.

And to my surprise when i called them they said that technician came and fixed the issue and they updated that the issue was resolved. How in hell would that have happened. And i asked them to transfer the call to their management but they always tell me that they’ll initiate the callback within an hour–God knows when that really happen.

Really frustrating service and very negligent response from their technician just because of them i have to stay @home working late nights to finish my job connecting to diff network network when i paid for SO CALLED AIRTEL services that can reach out to any place around the world.

I know that i’m not the first one to complaint against this horrible service, but i would like to raise my voice on this. Maybe upon seeing this atleast some of the people think twice before opting for this network.
