Fraudalent transaction through my credit card

I received a call genesis mart today from the below numbers

Mentioning that there are from credit card service providers and they had offered 4 gifts
Branded watch worth of 4999
Leather belt worth of 2999
A shopping card which can be used on any merchant outlets where we will get 30% off on every transaction in a year
2 holiday packages (2d/3n each) in 3/4 star for a an amount of 7999 for a family of 4 and rs 4000 money return on producing the food bill.

They took all my card details and made my pay 7992 rupees. They are frauds and some strict action is needed against them. I want my money to be refunded back.
