Wrong Bill Issue (Fraud in Bill)

I am Saurabh Khandewal. I have an Idea postpaid mobile number 7725963180. In the month of January when bill was generated on dated Jan 21, 2016; in that bill they charged Rs. 150 for VAS services and I have never used any VAS service so I mailed my complaint on their registered mail id and also registered complaint by telephonic at their consumer care number 198 on dated Jan 22, 2016. But I did not receive any solution. According to me mine billing amount was:
Monthly Charge: 499
STD Call Charge: 14.5
Net Pack (200 MB): 75
Net Pack (300 MB): 100
Total : 688.50
Service Tax (14%): 96.39
SBC (0.5%) : 3.44
Previous Due: 97.30
Total Billing Amount = 885.63

In which I paid only Rs. 550; remaining amount of Rs. 335.63. I did not pay due to not getting solution of my complaint.
After that in month of Feb, when again new bill was generated on Feb 21, 2016 then they again charged of any VAS services of Rs. 168.21; and deactivate outgoing services of my number on Feb 12, 2016 without any prior information; and charged complete monthly rent of Rs. 499. According to company billing amount is Rs 1509.94. That time again I mailed my complaint on Feb 22, 2016. According to me mine billing amount of Feb month was:

Monthly Charge: 332.67 (20 days rent because they deactivate number on Feb 12, 2016)
Service Tax (14%) : 46.57
SBC (0.5%) : 1.66
Previous Due: 335.63
Total Billing Amount: 716.53

I was ready to paid Rs 716.53 but I did not get any solution and they completely deactivate incoming and outgoing services of my number.

I mailed my complaint continuously but every time I did not get any solution. Even in month of April they called my relative persons and said that “Saurabh registered their number at time of issuing sim card in company.” Even they said to my relative persons that if saurabh will not deposit bill then they take action against my relative person. They never contact to me for my complaint. Without information services of my number deactivated.
Now they give mentally pressure, and harass me. I will wanna do a case under consumer rights and demand of Rs. 10,00,000.
