A phone that does not work!

Hello, I was facing this problem intermittently that my phone was barred from every kind of outgoing or incoming calls. If I called then the call disconnected saying “Not Connected” and if someone called my they found it to be unreachable. Please, do something about it! It was happening since 3.30 pm and it went on till 11 pm. I have only one phone number I could not contact anybody nor could anybody contact me. This happening to a lot of people using Tata Docomo. I’m from Kolkata so, the Bengali New Year is right on the corner on 14th April, which is a blackout day. I request the forum to enforce a no Blackout day for Tata Docomo in West Bengal. This occasion of being unreachable has happened very intermittently in past few months. Please, take necessary measures.
