I was raised request to tatatel for add land line services in existing account (916274847). The tata representative (Mr. Gaurav-mob no 9210305744) contact me and fill up the new form and document to open land lain service in same existing account (916274847). After Confirmation Company have started my land line service with existing broad band services. After few days I got two different bill one from existing account (916274847) and one another bill from account (919536762). I become shock and call to customer care and complaint about this abnormality and request to deactivate one account and left only one combo account. But nobody give the positive response and active both account and in between they stop the service for one month. After four month of complain they resume service of combo account and deactivate the account (916274847). But raise the invoice of 3160 INR. And give the demand letter while service was not proper and active two accounts unnecessary while I complaint to stop the account.
Pl. do necessary action against tata tele services.
