Hello I purchased the Motorola XT1033 on 23rd July 2014 considering the reliability of the brand. One month past due the warranty the motherboard of the product has damaged and the service center is asking 80% of the product cost as a replacement. It seems the brand is selling spurious products and try to gain business advantage by penalizing the customer for the inferior product offered. When i asked about the reliability of the product, i couldnt get any answer from the service provider. Customer care and Service Center is off no help.Even they are not sharing nodal officer details of Motorola.Its quite disgusting to been duped by selling cheap and unreliable product and asking for 80% Phone cost for repair.
