Ola is doing nothing but to rip off people. They are cheating/tricking people into using services and charging them on the time of their need. I booked a cab from ola from Satya Niketan to Subhash Nagar which is a mere distance of 9 kms. While booking the cab the application showed the fare estimate to be 135-167. Rs.167 being the maximum amount and when I de boarded the cab they deducted Rs.421 from my account straight away. I called up the customer care department, they were not ready to help.I asked Mr. Vinod Nayak to escalate the issue and connect me to his Manager, he denied to do so.Moreover, he did not write what I asked him to while making the complaint. The next day when I was supposed to get a call from Manager, I did not receive any kind of call back. I had to call them instead. Just like last night they put me on long hold. Last night I had to wait for around 30 minutes and today I had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to the manager and I was assured I will be connected to a Manager but instead they connected me to a floor supervisor. I asked the floor supervisor to connect me to the manager but he assured me to resolve my issue.After 15 minutes he ended up saying he can’t help me. Why did he even take the call when he could not help me at the first place? Why did he waste my time and energy and annoyed me more? After holding the line for some more time the manager came up and denied me to any kind of help and compensation regarding my issue. you guys have a worst customer care department! you don’t help, instead you annoy people till they are forced to lose their temper. You exploit the customer harassing them mentally! and still do no help! And the customer has to pay for all the calls just because you made some blunders, you cheated the customer and you put the customer on long holds! So I had to pay Rs.421 for the cab where I was committed to pay not more than Rs.167. When I asked for the worth of my hard earned money and compensation, I was just harassed mentally but nothing else! Ola Cabs is running a scam tricking people into using their services by showing nominal rates on the cover and when the customer book a cab they rip off his/her account for 3 Times more charges! It is no way the best or most reasonable/economical services. It’s just a scam to drag you in with the nominal charges and rip you off when you are completely dependant on them at the time of your need! I demand the Value of my money with compensation for the mental harassment I had to go through!
