hi 6 months back i was using indigital cable.in the beginning i paid rs 1200 for one settop box connection ,after that i shifted to new place so contacted the same cable operator for installation at my new place but cabe operator told you need to buy new settop box of 1750 as i am different cable network so i paid the amount but after 2 months and contacted the customer care and figuredout my settopbox is registered with other name so that means they game me two second hand settopboxes at first hand price without giving any bill.moreover they also donot do any kind of documentation to register my new cable connection .it seems to be fraud kind of company.have contacted to indigital many times and nothing has happened.please i request you to please look in to the matter
