Refund-Cheated

You will loose your money at Yatra.com & ICICI Bank , Don’t deal with this frauds.
If you are dealing with yatra.com or ICICI BANK do take care, this is what i never expected that such national and multinational brands can cheat you and take away
your hard earned money….
On 21st May we booked two rooms on yatra.com for the property Under The Over, Sterling Resorts, Lonavala but when we reached on 6th June we were said that we have 1 room for you for 6 adults and they told us to talk to Yatra.com for that when
the rooms were not available and after waiting there for 4 hours at the reception we
were told by yatra that it will be refunded soon and by the time our holidays were
spoiled by the holiday partner yatra.com.
Now the second instance somehow we got to know that yatra didnt credited the funds into a credit card acoount but they credited into my one of the closed account
when i mailed them regarding the issue they said we already credited to your ICICI BANK account which was closed 5 days prior to yatra credited it.
While contacting to ICICI BANK Vasna branch with the ARN refrence number which was provided by the yatra, they said that what is ARN and they told they will check
the with the HO, even ICICI didnt turned up for a week and after lot fo calls, we finally visited the branch and we were told that money cant be credited to a closed account and they gave us statement of closed account.
Again by attaching that closed account statement we sent a mail to yatra but they
didnt responded to our queries and after multiple mails they are with the same answer we have credited the amount to your ICICI BANK and this is the ARN.
We really dont know who took the money but their response is really no service after sales. (GET READY TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY IN ANY ODD TRANSACTION)
