I am a customer of You broadband from past 3 and a half months and i have been facing problem of loosing connectivity every second day. Everytime i complain, no action is taken by the company. I forcefully have to visit the head office in Ahmedabad and there only one answer is given by the Relationship manager that it will be done as soon as possible. When the problem is rectified The very second day same problem occurs and the same process i have to do. I am doing the same process from past 3 and half months. Worst service every provided by this You Broadband Telecom services.
