Faulty handset and poor customer service

I bought an Apple 5S iphone in Apr’15 and started using the same from mid of Jun’15. In a month’s time of usage I started facing an issue with the power button of the device. I went to the customer service centre – Maple. There I was told the device will be replaces as it is still under the warranty period. But when i went to collect the device i was given the old handset and said that there was a hardware problem in the phone which is fixed, when I questioned them what if the problem recurs? I was told that if that happens then the phone will be replaced. In a couple of days I again faced the same issue. I rushed to the service centre and reported my problem. I was told to come with a proof of the same as when I visited the centre the power button was working fine. Again I faced the issue on the same day. So I video recorded the issue and submitted it along with the handset at the service centre. I was promised that the handset will be replaced for sure as this is a recurring problem. Today when I went to collect the phone again I have been given the same phone and I was been told that it is repaired. This is the 3rd time it has happened in a span of a month of usage of the phone. Highly disappointed with the false promises and hopes given by the service centre staffs inspite of giving all the required proofs. This is not the kind of behaviour expected from a brand like “APPLE”. I want the phone to be replaced.
