I have been charged Rs.744.00 + Service Tax towards VAS Downloads. Please note that I have not enrolled for any such services nor have I downloaded any app for which I have been charged by Vodafone.
This seems to be just another scam from these so called MNC to charge us on the pretext of offering us Internet Services.
Need these charges reversed anyhow else will have no option but to port all my 10 connections immediately
I am also facing the same problem by vodafone charging for services that is not required ….and these services are not verified before activation ….the customer care department doesnt respond to these kind of complaints the reply from them is that it is third party services but the amount is being paid through vodafone bill how is this possible without vodafone having tie ups with any service providers ……..

I am also facing the same problem with Vodafone. Also when i have approached to Vodafone customer care about the problem,they told me the same that it being charged by third parties.
i asked the representative to block all the ads those are flashing while using the phone,he simply refused it by saying that is not Vodafone’s scope.
when the things are not in Vodafone’s scope, so how they can charge us about these things….
