this complaint is for online recharge of DTH tata sky from the website of (payback bazar). on 16/06/2015 around 1:pm i visited this website for online recharge. i paid 190 rupees through net banking of HDFC. and they deducted the payment of 190 but i did not get the recharge. when i asked for refund they told me to take vouchers but i said i want my money back then after i could not get any messages from them. i have proofs. and i am frustated with their ignorance behaviour. here are the deatails.
