Will like to advise all that Tolexo is one of the worst e-commerce sites for any customer. No customer care, no willingness to keep any promises, no ethic, simply, hopeless. PLEASE STAY AWAY. NEVER PLACE A PREPAID ORDER.
I had placed one order #TOD100580119 on 14 MAY 2015 for two items. One was received but the another one (costlier of the two, “Su-Kam 16 AMP Power Guard Stabilizer, Red” ) is showing as “shipped” with shipment reference #100050297 but with no tracking no. since more than a month. Several mails have been exchanged and also talked three times to their customer care (haaa!) executives, but they have standard answer, which was first informed vide Tolexo mail dt. 27 MAY 2015 that “Order #TOD100580119 – Su-Kam 16 AMP Power Guard Stabilizer, Red ” – created in the warehouse and will be delivered to you in next 6-7 working days.”
Even in case of a COD order, they had sent an item which was totally different from the listing, even after confirming that I will be receiving what I had ordered.
Even the mails sent to their senior executive ([email protected]) remain unanswered.
