Respected sir,
I booked a parcel from Hubli 580022 on13 th June which was to be sent to Mumbai Bhandup.
Bill no B21210088.
I tracked here are details of events.
1.it reaches Mumbai on 15th.
Shipment was out for delivery on 16th so I hoped it was received at end of day.from Tuesday till Thursday no update in company tracking details.
2.next day I see “ATTEMPTED”.I contacted person and see not yet received.
3.I send email when it would becdealt with they just give me CASE QUE NO-00451490
4.NO REPLY thereafter not on course of action taken.
5.in mean time I tried to find phone no of service none of facility Bangalore customer care received call.
6.I called addressee and asked her track it make sure she gets it.
7.the courier facility at Nahur sorting facility Mumbai -78 didn’t contact by phone addressee;
Nor did they send one SMS regarding delivery time or made attempt to clear time at which they could deliver.
7.the addressee herself called and send at evening time but they failed and kept her waiting.
8.next day again I”out for delivery”but they don’t do it.when they know for once during working hours the addressee was not available and preferred for evening time they fail in doing so which predictably gives same result “door locked”.
9.In mean time I be exhausted all resources to track or facilitate fast delivery.
10.on Saturday afternoon they RETURNED parcel to source citing “door closed”.
11.never was I informed delay /difficulty viz email which I tried to contact ,neither through phone no which mentioned on bill
12.I know every company has standard code of operations; in today’s time couriers call beforehand to make time very clear to avoid delay.But DTDC didn’t inform before hand recipient to be at specific time;neither thier centre picks up calls;neither their website works 24*7crashes all time or “temporarily unavailable”when I try to track;neither keeps me informed.
13.I even filled in details of phone no and email for confirmation of the delivery Neither was intimated delay nor return from Mumbai to source office.
14.so now I doubt weather attempt was made in first place to deliver and charges incurred and failure to do so is absolute waste of money if services was not successfully completed
15.they have also responsible for their website which failed to keep me informed.their feedback link on website doesn’t work at all!.their customer care didn’t cater the need of sender.
Please help me out of this grievances incurred.
