   My name is Ashish Palan and I have taken12 membership in group 2 night 3 Days membership of Manas Lifestyle Resort at Igatpuri through RMV group In the month of Mar. 2015 which office is situated at below address:
   308, 3rd Floor, Lok Centre,
   Marol Maroshi Road, Andheri (E),
   Mumbai – 400059.

   As per the T&C mentioned in their membership booklet the booking can be done for any days. And at the time of taking membership we were communicated by their executive Mr. Santosh Chikhale. Ph: 8652842222 that from Sunday to Thursday n for weekends Rs. 1000/- extra will be charged at the time of booking. On this basis I have signed up for the deal.

   Infect since last 4 months I have been calling or mailing them continuously for the bookings as my 6 membership get expired in march 2016 & another 5 in the month of April 2016. One of my friend Mr. Botadara was interested in taking membership by other source of RMV group as he knows that I have many memberships of Manas Lifestyle he rang me up I told him the problem that everything is ok but you don’t get the bookings according to their sold-out dates also think & take the membership. One of the managing member named Vishal Luthria came to know this thing he called me on 9 the February 2016 on 4.24 p.m. he was threatening me & in bad tone saying me how can you say this, I told him that I have only shared my bad experience with RMV Group for Manas Lifestyle bookings & they are not ready to give my paid membership money back also. Today when I again called them for booking like a bagger even though after giving the money, they are not ready to give me bookings & disconnected the phone.
   This is very unfair to the members who had already paid membership fees long time before.

   This is absolutely a case of cheating and fraud done by RMV Group and now they are not giving us booking since 4 months. I request now your intervention here to help us get what we were committed by RMV group and resolve this issue at the earliest

   kindly help us to resolve the issue with this cheater & fraudulent company.

   I agree I too have taken a membership with Membership number 10004075, i was told that i can pay additional and avail weekend stay at the resort. Now when i am trying to book the rooms Deepak Amberkar whos is looking after the bookings is denying the same. Initially he mentioned that the rooms are not available, upon questioning that I can see the availability online, he tried telling that the hotel has not confirmed on the availability to him. when asked to send a mail mentioning the same I got a revert that the membership is valid only for weekdays only and weekend will not be given even by paying additional cost.

   I feel cheated and never expected this from RMV group.

   This seems to be the tactic. I had sent the booking request 45 days prior my dates. Then I got the mail saying that the confirmation comes only 15 days before. When i mailed back 12 days before they mailed back saying you will get reply 1 week before. Then just 2 days are left Me Deepak conveniently says he has still not got the confirmation from the resort.

   What kind of membership is this. Are they giving us rooms only if their rooms are not full? So are we paying to beg later?

   they only sell their membership take money, and always say rooms are full. i have been in conversation with them since February and now it’s may, in fab i was told April is available, then in April they said June is. available, and whn i said book in June, they says now July is available, then Vishal comes in the picture. still no rooms are not alloted,
