I am writing down this mail after getting frustrating behavior and reply from( Sunil, Rebecca and many more missed three name but can be tracked on call details from mobile number 9910012825) on call customer care executive.
I purchased a Voltas split AC on Saturday 9th May, 2015 from Reliance Digital GIP Mall Noida.
The same got delivered on to us on 10th May, 2015 and promised that the installation will done from 24-48 hours maximum.
It is now 3 days and I am following you guys and still only I have two numbers on SMS:
1. Call No: 8004258503
2. Reference Number: 700054918
No installation engineer get in touch with me till now, no responses from customer care and you guys are proving you are among the best the call will be resolved by today 11.30 PM. , while I wasted my time yesterday sitting at home taken leave from office due to you guys false and insufficient information.
I am scared that it is now installed on next summer season or must be placed as showpiece on my home as a memento from Reliance Digital or I made biggest mistake to get AC from Reliance Digital.
Here you go again a false commitment.
I received a call from Sumit from number 01204472224 at 6.38 PM and he promised that engineer will visit premises within 1 or 1.5 hours and install the AC.
What a pathetic peoples and services.
