Product Not Delivered but status is showing Delivered

I had place an order for Micromax Canvas Spark on 6th May. I was receiving regular update of my product through messages but at the time of delivery the delivery boy called me and asked if I need that product or not. When I said yes he started laughing and said that within an hour he will reach at my address and deliver the product but nothing happened like this.

I was shocked to see that before half an hour when the delivery boy called me the status of the product was showing ‘Delivered’.

I made a call to the customer care of Snapdeal and registered an complaint against this issue. My complaint number is 00957782.
The customer care associate committed for a solution within 48 hours but nothing happened. Then I made a call yesterday again and he said that surely I will get a solution within 24 hours but this time it’s again a waste of time.

Now I am totally exhausted and will never place an order on Snapdeal.
