I have purchased new airtel SIM by providing all the valid documents and SIM was also activated with verification. While selling a number to the customer they should provide a intimation of saying whether it is new number or recycled number. The problem with the recycled number is i am getting all the transaction details of bank and third party purchases of the previous person who uses this number. I brought this number for personal use. Why should i get privacy details of other person. I called customer care and told about this they suggested to activate DND if i do so i cant get my transaction details. Please take a measure for this type of issues.
