Amazon using fraud sellers and not delivering the order as promised

Hi,

I am lodging a complaint against Amazon as they fool customers and do not deliver the order as promised.

Though despite that fact, talking with customer care several times also does not resolve the problem.

Also i have a doubt that the sellers registered on Amazon are just fake or selling incorrect/faulty products. Two of them i have encountered so far wherein i ordered something and they delivered something else with different specification.

Any help to probe into this would be helpful as we rely on online to get good offers and company fools us by either handing faulty products or keep us waiting for long.
